Updates on the Support with a Visa Application
Please note that we no longer support visa application for new registration as the official deadline for application has passed and there's only a month left until the conference. If you are registered but still have not applied for the visa, please apply as soon as possible. We have already shared all the supporting documents to the registered participants with firstname.lastname@example.org email address. Please check your inbox or spam folder from your email account if you are missing the documents for visa application.
If you are not registered yet and you need* a visa to visit South Korea, we highly recommend you not to register for the conference this time. It is very unlikely you will receive a visa in time. You still can register and try to get a visa by yourself but it is totally at your own risk**.
*The 107 countries listed on the website (http://english.visitseoul.net/essential-Info-article/Getting-to-Seoul_/368) are under a Visa Waiver Agreement with Korea. Depending on nationality and passport type, citizens from these countries can visit Korea with the purpose of tourism without a visa for 30 to 90 days.
**We do not refund registration fee whether you make it to the conference or not.
